Thank you for shopping with Design By Anthophile. Each product is created especially for you and is made to order by our print-on-demand fulfilment partner, Printful.

Made to order

Because your item is made after you place your order, please allow time for production before it is shipped. Most orders are fulfilled within approximately 2–5 business days, although busy periods or particular products may take a little longer.

Delivery times

Delivery time begins after fulfilment and varies depending on the product, destination and fulfilment location. Shipping estimates shown at checkout are estimates rather than guaranteed delivery dates.

Tracking

When tracking is available, you will receive shipping confirmation with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Separate packages

If your order contains several products, they may occasionally be produced at different facilities and arrive in separate packages.

Delays or missing orders

If your order appears significantly delayed or your tracking shows a problem, please contact Design By Anthophile through our Contact page and include your order number. I’ll be happy to look into it for you.
